Services. Tim's Small Engine provides Push Lawn Mowers, Chainsaws, Leaf Blowers, Pressure Washers, Log Splitters and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://timssmallengine.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tim's Small Engine or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OH law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OH for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
